Terms and Conditions:
 
1) Premium will be applied to your policy only if the transaction is successful, as confirmed by our payment aggregators.
 
2) In case renewal premium(s) for unit linked policies is received at IndiaFirst Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Office before 3.00 p.m, Net Asset Value (NAV) of the same day or the premium due date/ reinstatement date whichever is later would be applicable .In case the premium is received after 3.00 p.m, NAV of the next business day or the premium due date/ reinstatement date whichever is later would be applicable.
 
3) Premium payments online can be made for revival of the policy in case the same has lapsed. However, the revival of the policy is subject to terms and conditions of the Plan. The plan will be revived subject to acceptance of Declaration of Good Health in case the policy is in a lapsed state for more than 180 days. Please read the plan document for further details.
 
4) As per Regulation 3(d), IRDA (Manner of Receipt of Premium) Regulations, 2002, in case, the proposer/policyholder opts for premium payment through net banking or credit/debit card, the payment must be made only through net banking account or credit/debit card issued on the name of such proposer/policyholder.
 
5) You specifically declare and confirm that the debit/credit card or net banking account to be used belongs to you (proposer/policy holder).
 
6) As per RBI guidelines, second level of authentication is mandatory for all internet card transaction (Master/Visa) from 1st August,,2009. Please visit your bank's website to set a secure code today.
 
7) International Credit Card: If an international credit card has already been registered for 3D-Secure, the 2nd level authentication password is mandatory, however if registration for 3D secure is not done, there would be an option to skip 2nd level authentication.
 
8) Please note that the online payment through the Payment Gateway is not from the IndiaFirst Life server and that you are going to a non-IndiaFirst Life site. IndiaFirst Life is not responsible for, shall have no liability for and disclaims all warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, related to the site, including without limitation any warranties related to performance, security, stability, or non-infringement of title of the site (including site content) or any controls downloaded from the site.
 
9) These terms and conditions are binding on you and wherever applicable, on your successors, executors, administrators, managers, beneficiaries, legal representatives, agents and legal heirs also.
 
10) The Company may alter, amend or modify these terms at any time without notice and the same shall be binding upon you and the Company shall have no liability of whatsoever nature in this connection.
 
11) Indian Law exclusively governs these terms and conditions and all matters related to the Premium Payment. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
 
12) The NAV shall be declared by the Company on a daily basis except on Bank holidays, Exchange holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and the days when the Corporate Office is closed.
 
13) As per Central Board of Direct Taxes amending Rule 114B, PAN details have to be compulsorily quoted for payment of life insurance premium aggregating Rs.50,000 or more in a year. In case the details have not been furnished already, please email the details along with a copy of your PAN card to us at customer.first@indiafirstlife.com or send on below mentioned address. Please make sure that you mention your policy/application number along with the details.
