Lodge A Claim

As a life insurance company, finally people judge us on how fast and how empathetically we can pay our claims. We are working on a 48 hour settlement turnaround time once documents are available. Currently, we are at 90% of TAT and are working towards improving it further.

The claims process starts with the initiation of action either by us (maturity claim) or on receipt of claim intimation from the life assured/ nominee/ legal heir, and completes with the payment of the claim or its denial or writing off.
