There are two investment strategies under this policy. First is, Self-Managed Strategy where policyholder has the flexibility to choose from 6 global market funds in one go. Second is, Automatic Trigger Based Investment Strategy (ATBIS) where policyholder can build a balanced portfolio over the years by transferring your returns to safer fund options.

Will my policy continue, even If I move to another country?

Answer

Yes, your policy will continue to remain in force and is provided with worldwide coverage.

What is the minimum premium under the policy?

Answer

The minimum premium under the policy is USD 500 per tranche, subject to USD 2,000 at commencement of the policy.

What are the criteria for age at entry and maturity age?

Answer

Minimum age at entry is 75 days and maximum age at entry is 60 years. 

Minimum age at maturity is 99 less age at entry and maximum up to 99 years.

 

What is the death benefit payable under the policy?

Answer

Death Benefit payable is dependent on age of Life Assured as mentioned below:

What is the maturity benefit payable under the policy?

Answer

Maturity Benefit will be payable at the end of the policy term which is equal to 100% of Fund Value. It will be inclusive of Loyalty Additions (which shall be added every year from the end of 3rd policy year till maturity) and Return of Mortality Charges (returned at every 5th Policy Year till 60 years of age).

a.    A written communication giving reasons of either redressing or rejecting the grievance will be sent to you within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the grievance.

 

b.    However, if you are not satisfied with our resolution provided or have not received any response within 15 (Fifteen) days, then, you may approach our Grievance Officer at any of our branches or you may write to our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance.redressal@indiafirstlife.com.

 

An acknowledgment to all such grievances received will be sent within 3 (Three) working days of receipt of the grievance.

 

If you are still not satisfied with the response or do not receive a response from us within 15 days, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman based on your location.
