To initiate a payout request please send the scanned copies of these documents can be emailed to customer.first@indiafirstlife.com , and kindly provide us with the below mentioned documents:
- Refund Request form/Letter, duly signed (You may download the surrender form/Letter from the IndiaFirst website
- Valid bank account proof with the policy holder’s name, bank name and bank account name mentioned
- PAN card copy
- NRI declaration(In case of NRI)
- If the customer is the non-NRI and is marked as an NRI in the system, you would need to provide a non NRI declaration along with copies of all the pages of passport
Alternatively, you may courier the hard copies of the same to our head office. You may also walk in to any our FPC’s.
