IndiaFirst Life policy holders can pay premiums using Bank of Baroda’s Net Banking Facility. Simply register your policy on www.bobibanking.com and start making your premium payments instantly.

Netbanking (NEFT/RTGS)

You can use EBPP commonly known as Bill Pay service offered by all major banks to pay premiums for your IndiaFirst Life Insurance policy. You can use this service with the help of net banking facility, go to utility bill payment facility and add "IndiaFirst Life Insurance” as biller.

Wire transfer is a preferred payment option for NRI customers or customers staying or paying premium from location outside India. Easy Steps to wire transfer your premium payment:

1. Fill the transfer advice with correct company name i.e. IndiaFirst Life Insurance Co. Ltd, 8-digit policy no. and amount transferred.

2. Post successful transfer, kindly share the SWIFT transfer copy/transfer advice with us at customer.first@indiafirstlife.com, so that your money can be received and credited to your policy.

Wire transfer

You can set up a direct debit instruction for regular debits of your renewal premium from your bank account. To avail this facility, you will have to fill-up the Direct Debit mandate, duly sign, and submit along with a copy of the personalized cancelled cheque at your nearest HDFC Life Insurance branch.

As an IndiaFirst Life policy holder, you can set up a direct debit instruction for your renewal via ECS by submitting the mandate form, duly signed along with a cancelled cheque at your nearest IndiaFirst Life branch. To locate the nearest branch, click here.

Credit Card Standing Instructions

Auto pay by registering on our customer service portal. Check e-nach/auto pay section under Transactions once you login on our customer service portal. You can set auto pay via Netbanking or by sharing your debit card details. All your future premiums will be debited as per the payment instruction.

Auto Pay Using Debit Card & Netbanking

Deposit cash/cheque at IndiaFirst Life, Bank of Baroda or Union Bank of India branches or at a Common Service Centre.

To make a renewal premium payment, walk into any branch of IndiaFirst Life. You may also walk in to any branch of Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India or Axis Bank to make the renewal payment.

Also, have the option to pay your renewal premium at any Common Service Centre (CSC) by cash, up to a max of Rs. 49,999/-* (To locate the nearest CSC click here.)
