IndiaFirst Life Insurance is happy to keep you updated and send you information related to our products and services in the form of phone calls or SMSs.

However, we respect your privacy and if you do not wish to receive such messages or calls from us, you can register your number under Do Not Disturb by calling or sending an SMS to 1909 (toll free) to register with NCPR.

You may also register at www.nccptrai.gov.in

If you still receive any unwelcome calls/emails after registering under Do Not Disturb, please write to us at customer.first@indiafirstlife.com. Please mention the phone number or email ID from which the call/email was received.

Please note that upon registering for Do Not Disturb facility, existing customers will still continue to receive calls or messages and emails of transactions and reminders related to the services you are availing from IndiaFirst Life Insurance for which you may consent to at the time of application or otherwise for the said products/ services.

Unsolicited commercial call will not include such messages as may be transmitted on the directions of the Government of India.
