Answer: You would need to submit the following documents:

Download the surrender form and share the signed copy of the form.

Bank account proof, i.e. a copy of your bank statement, passbook or cancelled cheque with your name and account number printed on it.

PAN Card Copy

NRI Declaration Form in case the policy holder is an NRI

Non NRI Declaration along with copy of all pages of the latest passport (including blank pages) in case the policy holder was an NRI while applying for the policy, but is currently a resident of India.

Submit online via QRC Eco system. (Raise Requests) in Customer Portal

OR Email us: customer.first@indiafirstlife.com

OR Courier: Mail the request letter and documents to our Head Office addressed to Customer Service

OR Visit us: Walk in to any of our IndiaFirst Life branch, visit our branch locator page to get the details of our offices.

Answer: The 1st option needs to be to submit online via QRC Eco system à Raise Requests and then the rest of the options.

What all documents are required to surrender a policy? – NRI Declaration and Non NRI declaration have the old IFL logo pls correct and ensure all other forms uploaded to the new website are with the correct IFL logo
