You would be required to review and change your contact details in case:
- You’ve moved to a new house and therefore, want to change your address for correspondence/mailing
- You’ve changed your contact number or email ID and therefore, want to update it in the system
- There is an error in the contact details mentioned on records
The process to get your address changed is as follows:
EMAIL US:
- Please email us the duly signed Change Request Form to customer.first@indiafirstlife.com along with a self - attested copy of the address proof.

- Write to us or submit a duly signed Change Request Form along with a self -attested copy of any of the address proofs.

LIST OF ACCEPTABLE ADDRESS PROOFS AS PER AML GUIDELINES
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport
- Ration card
- Voter’s ID card (with address)
- Utility Bills (Mobile, Landline, Electricity Bill, Gas Bill), not older than two months
- Bank account statement with permanent/present residence address visible, not older than two months
- Registered sale agreement copy (residence) or Valid lease/leave-and-license agreement along with a rent receipt.
- Employer’s certificate as a proof of residence
- Bank passbook displaying current address
- Post office savings account passbook displaying current address
