As the Chief Financial Officer of IndiaFirst Life, Kedar Patki is responsible for managing the Finance, Procurement, Planning & Budgeting and Investor Relations areas of the organisation.

Kedar has enjoyed an extensive career spanning over three decades, with a significant part of it in the insurance realm. He is an expert in Finance and Operations, with stints in India as well as the overseas markets.

Prior to IndiaFirst Life, Kedar was the Chief Financial Officer at Ageas Federal Life Insurance. His career includes stints at Tata AIG General Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, AXA, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Akzo Nobel India, where he managed investor relations, and helped establish key relationships with industry associations and forums aside his core role as a CFO.

Kedar was recognised as an ‘FE Visionary Leader 2024’ by Financial Express and won the ‘Inspiring CFO’ award at the ET Edge Inspiring CFO Awards 2023. Kedar has also been recognized as the Best CFO at 7th Edition of BW CFO World’s Best CFO & Finance Strategy Awards 2024. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Pune and a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
