Mr. Shailendra Singh

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Shailendra Singh, is currently, Chief General Manager (HRM) in Bank of Baroda. In his earlier assignment as MD & CEO of BOBCARD (100% subsidiary of Bank of Baroda), he was instrumental in rejuvenating and resurrecting the credit card business and positioning it as a force to reckon within credit card landscapes.

He joined Bank of Baroda in 1998 as a Marketing Specialist and rose from the ranks to level of Chief General Manager in Bank of Baroda. He has held different leadership roles in the Bank across different functions across India. Prior to joining BOB Financial as MD & CEO, he was Head-Digital Banking, at Bank of Baroda. An avid reader and people’s leader, he strongly believes in ‘Walk the Talk.’

He holds a post graduate degree in management and is also alumni of NITIE, Mumbai and IIM Bengaluru.
