Naman Gupta is a seasoned insurance professional and founding member of IndiaFirst Life, currently serving as Head – Operations. He is responsible for shaping and executing strategies that drive customer retention, elevate service standards, and streamline operational efficiency across the organisation. He oversees key customer-facing functions, including policy renewals, claims, branch operations, financial and distribution operations, operational risk, and quality assurance.

With over a decade of leadership at IndiaFirst Life, Naman has been instrumental in building and scaling the company’s service and operations ecosystem. He continues to drive seamless customer journeys, implement strong governance, and lead transformative programs to enhance customer outcomes across digital and physical channels. Starting as a business analyst, he quickly rose through the ranks, to head New Business Operations and later Customer and Channel Services.

His career prior to IndiaFirst Life includes key roles at Stock Holding Corporation of India, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Reliance Retail, where he managed large-scale branch expansion and front-line operations.

Naman was recognised with the Visionary Leadership Excellence award in 2025. He holds a degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad.
