With over 28 years of experience in sales leadership, Varun has not only demonstrated superior execution but also strategically led large scale transformations with elan.

Previously, Varun was associated with Max Life where he was an integral part of the organisation’s growth story. He worked in key leadership roles across Agency and Bancassurance distribution for more than 24 years.

His leadership has been widely recognised, with honours including Outstanding Leadership in Bancassurance Distribution (2025) and Bancassurance Leader of the Year (2026), among others.

Varun is a B.E. (Mechanical) from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies.
